The Role
We're recruiting a Content & Campaign Manager on a contract basis for a well-established organisation operating in a regulated, non-commercial environment.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role responsible for turning campaign plans into high-quality execution across content, digital channels, social and events. You'll own day-to-day delivery, coordinate activity across teams, and keep work moving at pace with a high degree of autonomy.
This role suits a confident mid-level marketer who enjoys working independently, exercising sound judgement, and collaborating with senior stakeholders as an individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Campaign Delivery
- Own delivery of campaigns and content across digital channels.
- Write publish-ready copy for email campaigns, websites, blogs, thought leadership and social media.
- Maintain consistency of tone, quality and messaging across channels.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to support content development and editing, with clear human accountability.
Events Support
- Support delivery of events including roundtables, dinners, conferences and expos.
- Coordinate speaker logistics, content and communications.
- Support post-event follow-up activity and content distribution.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate work across teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate strong judgement on when to progress work and when to escalate.
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders to deliver outcomes.

- Becomes a trusted delivery lead for campaigns and content.
- Improves consistency, quality and pace of delivery.
- Manages multiple workstreams effectively.
- Works collaboratively across functions in a regulated environment.
Required Experience
Essential
- Experience in a marketing, communications or content-focused role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Experience delivering campaigns across digital channels.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and owning delivery.
