Description
- Lead a team to develop and deliver high-quality, multi-format content (web, design, video, data visualisation).
- Oversee content production, ensuring strong design quality, accessibility, and brand consistency.
- Shape and embed a clear storytelling approach across the organisation.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and freelancers.
- Own and evolve brand guidelines, assets, and visual identity.
- Use insights, analytics, and SEO to optimise content performance and reach.
- Set standards, processes, and training for content, design, and CMS usage.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to a small content and design team.
Profile
- Experienced leader of content and design teams, with strong people management skills.
- Proven ability to own and deliver end-to-end, multi-channel content strategies.
- Strong creative and design judgement, comfortable directing and reviewing visual output.
- Experienced working with agencies and freelancers to produce high-quality content.
- Excellent stakeholder management, able to influence and collaborate across an organisation.
- Strong digital expertise (CMS, SEO, accessibility, and content optimisation).
- Data-driven, using analytics and audience insight to improve performance.
- Strong communicator with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Job Offer
- Salary – £50-£53k per annum
- FTC until Feb 2027
- London based – 2 days per week in office
