Are you a Solicitor with experience in Contentious Probate, Litigation or Private Client work looking to specialise in this growing area of law?
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Contentious Probate Solicitor (NQ–4 PQE) to join a highly regarded and expanding team. Working alongside a Legal 500-recognised Head of Department, you will handle a broad range of contentious trusts and probate matters while developing your expertise in this specialist field.
The role can be based in either Huddersfield or York, with hybrid working available. Full-time is preferred, although part-time applicants (minimum 30 hours per week) will also be considered.
The Role
- Manage your own caseload of contentious probate matters with appropriate supervision
- Assist on complex, high-value disputes alongside senior colleagues
- Work closely with the Head of Department on a variety of cases
- Support the continued growth and reputation of the team
- Participate in networking, marketing and business development activities
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, NQ–4 years' PQE
- Experience in contentious probate, general litigation or private client matters
- Keen to develop a long-term career in contentious trusts and probate
