Our client is seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to join its well-established and highly regarded private client team.

The Role
- Manage a varied caseload of high-quality contentious probate matters, including disputes between beneficiaries, executors and trustees
- Advise on the administration of estates and trusts
- Work closely with leading solicitors in a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Supervise and mentor junior members of the team
- Contribute to business development, networking and the continued growth of the department
About You
- Qualified solicitor with 10+ years' PQE in contentious probate
- Strong client care skills with a professional and empathetic approach
- Confident communicator, comfortable building relationships and developing new business
- ACTAPS qualification desirable but not essential
- Local market knowledge and an existing following would be advantageous
