Key Responsibilities
- Check vendor invoices for accuracy and ensure all required details are present, following up on any missing information and confirming invoices relate to open leases
- Process invoices, ensuring balances are correct
- Ensure all documentation is complete so invoices can be approved and paid on time
- Close leases at the end of the installation period, verifying exhibits against records uploaded to LeaseWave
- Manage office stationery and supplies
- Provide administrative support to the credit team
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners
- Compile and produce reports as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar administration or finance-based role
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret information effectively
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- A positive, proactive attitude with a natural approach to problem solving
- Someone who is keen to take on responsibility and grow within the role and team
