Contracts & Commercial Support Coordinator

Elevation Recruitment Group are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts & Commercial Support Coordinator for one of our leading Manufacturing clients. This is to manage contract performance and provide key administrative support in one of the main functions of the business. This role is central to ensuring contracts are delivered efficiently, commercially sound, and aligned with customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracts from order receipt/Letter of Intent through to completion, ensuring smooth execution throughout
• Review contract terms and Letters of Credit to identify and escalate any commercial or financial risks
• Raise and process works orders to support production and purchasing activities accurately and on time
• Coordinate contract review meetings with key stakeholders to agree requirements and delivery plans
• Monitor contract budgets and support financial performance reporting
• Support customer demand forecasting to assist production planning and capacity management
• Ensure contracts are delivered in line with agreed timelines, standards, and customer expectations
• Provide commercial support to purchasing and proposals teams during peak workloads or absence cover
• Deliver administrative support across the departments operations
• Maintain accurate records, systems, and documentation in line with company procedures
• Process orders and support document control requirements
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective coordination of operational activities
• Support wider administrative tasks to ensure business continuity and efficiency
• Comply with Health & Safety and HR policies, promoting a safe and professional working environment
