Contracts Specialist

Reed business support are delighted to be working with one of the UK’s leading independent suppliers of Managed Print Services, Unified Communications and software/IT solutions. They are looking for a Contracts Specialist to join their Contract Management Team, which plays a crucial role in managing the lifecycle of customer contracts to maximise revenue and ensure service excellence.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Co-ordinate and administer all end-of-contract activities including managing contractual clauses, amendments, renewals and terminations.
- Oversee the full offboarding lifecycle, ensuring timely processing, accurate documentation and compliance with contract terms.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, facilitating effective communication and co-ordination.
- Administer contract terminations, generate termination quotes, negotiate where necessary and issue final invoices.
- Verify equipment ownership and co-ordinate returns, collaborating with Supply Chain operations.
- Utilise Salesforce and Vantage to maintain accurate records and process terminations.
- Co-ordinate with departments to ensure smooth removal of devices from portals and internal systems.
- Manage customer relationships to encourage retention and satisfaction and identify customers at risk of not renewing their services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 months experience in an Office environment as well as in a Contract or Sales Support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain contract technicalities to a diverse range of customers.
- Experience with Salesforce and Vantage desirable.
- Negotiation skills are advantageous, particularly for handling early terminations and retention opportunities.
