Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager
Hybrid (UK) | 2 days per month in Essex
Up to £60,000 + discretionary bonus (up to 15-20%)
We're working with a leading UK consumer business with multiple well-known brands and an expanding international presence. As part of a growing digital marketing team, you'll take ownership of conversion optimisation and experimentation across multiple customer journeys.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll own the CRO roadmap, using data, testing, and customer insight to improve conversion, revenue, and user experience.
Key areas:

End-to-end conversion rate optimisation

A/B testing and experimentation strategy

Customer journey and UX optimisation
-
Analytics, tagging and performance tracking

Working closely with Product, UX and Development teams

Presenting insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders
What We're Looking For
-
5+ years' experience in CRO, experimentation or digital optimisation

Strong experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g. AB Tasty, Optimizely, VWO)

Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms

Understanding of front-end implementation, tagging and experimentation architecture

Strong commercial mindset with a data-driven approach

Financial services, insurance or agency experience beneficial
