G2 Legal Limited
Conveyancer – Leeds
I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a leading, tech-enabled conveyancing firm that is continuing to grow its property team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Property Lawyers who are looking for flexibility, strong earning potential and clear career progression within a modern and progressive firm. The role offers the option of fully remote working or hybrid working from the Leeds office, depending on your preference.
This organisation has built a strong reputation by combining innovative technology with a client-focused approach to service delivery. With regional office support across the UK, you’ll benefit from the infrastructure and stability of a national firm while enjoying the flexibility to work in a way that suits you.
Whether you’re looking to reduce your commute, improve your work-life balance, or join a firm that actively invests in its people, this role provides an excellent environment in which to develop your career.
The Role
Following a comprehensive Learning and Development induction programme, you will manage a mixed residential conveyancing caseload suited to your level of experience. Your work will include a variety of matters such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build transactions and shared ownership files.
You will have access to modern case management systems and dedicated operational support, enabling you to focus on progressing transactions efficiently while delivering an excellent client experience.
The firm offers a highly attractive bonus structure, with the potential to earn between £12,000 and £15,000 per year on top of your base salary. There is also a clearly structured career pathway, providing genuine opportunities for long-term progression and development.
About You
To be considered, you should have at least two years’ experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload, along with strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions.
You will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability and a genuine commitment to delivering a high standard of client service.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and experienced non-qualified Conveyancers with relevant residential property experience.
What’s on Offer?
In addition to a competitive salary and strong bonus potential, the firm offers a comprehensive benefits package including:
- 25 days’ annual leave plus your birthday off
- The option of fully remote working or hybrid working from the Leeds office
- Free conveyancing legal fees
- Additional days off when moving home
- Volunteering days
- Retail discounts and regular social events
