Conveyancer – Exciting Career Opportunity in a Growing, Social Law Firm
A highly respected and modern law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its friendly and thriving team in Ashford. This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancer looking for long-term progression, a strong team culture, and the chance to become a key part of a growing department.
About the role
This busy and successful property department is looking for a confident and personable Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold conveyancing
- Residential sales and purchases
- Managing files from instruction through to completion
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and third parties
- Working closely with a supportive and collaborative team
The department already benefits from strong referral relationships and repeat business, so there is no pressure for business development unless desired.
What we are looking for
The ideal Conveyancer will have:
- A minimum of 5 years’ conveyancing experience
- Strong residential property knowledge
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A friendly, sociable, and team-oriented personality
- The ability to thrive within a close-knit and supportive team
- A proactive attitude and long-term career mindset
Qualification is not essential – personality and team fit are just as important. This role has been created as part of succession planning, offering genuine long-term progression opportunities for the right person.
