Join a firm with a strong and loyal client base located in Morden. We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Residential Conveyancer to be part of our growth and share in our core values. This role is ideal for someone with a robust background in Residential Conveyancing, looking to advance their career in a supportive and professional environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handle sales and purchases of residential properties, including new builds and re-mortgages.
  • Manage both registered and unregistered properties, help to buy schemes, and shared ownership.
  • Extend leases and liaise with clients and external professionals effectively.
  • Work closely with our Private Client Department to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high levels of client interaction, ensuring all processes are communicated clearly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Excellent knowledge of all Residential Conveyancing matters including Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity, New Build, and Lease Extensions.
  • Ability to work autonomously on complex legal matters.
  • Strong case management skills and experience handling multiple conveyancing cases independently.
  • Proficient in using LEAP and other relevant digital tools.
  • Excellent communication, administration, and organisational skills.
  • A self-motivated team player with a clear ability to engage in networking and business development.
  • Professional, yet friendly and approachable demeanour.
