This role is ideal for someone with a robust background in Residential Conveyancing, looking to advance their career in a supportive and professional environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle sales and purchases of residential properties, including new builds and re-mortgages.
- Manage both registered and unregistered properties, help to buy schemes, and shared ownership.
- Extend leases and liaise with clients and external professionals effectively.
- Work closely with our Private Client Department to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain high levels of client interaction, ensuring all processes are communicated clearly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
- Excellent knowledge of all Residential Conveyancing matters including Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity, New Build, and Lease Extensions.
- Ability to work autonomously on complex legal matters.
- Strong case management skills and experience handling multiple conveyancing cases independently.
- Proficient in using LEAP and other relevant digital tools.
- Excellent communication, administration, and organisational skills.
- A self-motivated team player with a clear ability to engage in networking and business development.
- Professional, yet friendly and approachable demeanour.
