Conveyancing Assistant – Essex – £25k – £30k + excellent benefits
Our client is a family run leading conveyancing firm based in Essex, who pride themselves on delivering top-notch legal services and fostering a collaborative, innovative work environment.
If you are an experienced Conveyancer, Fee Earner, a skilled paralegal, or an enthusiastic graduate looking to start your career in property law, then our client will provide ample opportunities for your professional growth and development.
Duties include:
- Ordering documents from HMLR and support of issuing draft contract packs
- Reviewing Client AML & ID Documents
- Dealing with Property Searches
- Dealing with Mortgage Offers
- Dealing with Sale transaction enquiries
- Exchanging Contracts
- Setting matters up for Completion including Completion Statements and Bills
- Stamp Duty Returns
- Updating Estate Agents, Brokers, and clients when necessary
- General support to your Fee Earner/Case Handler
- Working as part of a team
Hours: Monday – Thursday 9.00am -5.30pm and Friday 9.00am -5.00pm
