Conveyancing Assistant – York
A highly reputable, multi service law firm are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their high performing property team based in York. The firm also offers a great work life balance, a friendly culture and the opportunity to progress long term.
The Role
- Assist a Senior Conveyancer with all aspects of their caseloads from inception to completion.
- Service existing clients to an exceptional standard
- Open and close files for the solicitor
- Deal with any admin and ad hoc duties
The Candidate
- Possess a minimum of 12 months' experience within a Residential Conveyancing role
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Posses a passion for client care
- Have experience dealing with clients either face to face or over the phone
