An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in the Wirral.
The successful candidate will join a busy and successful residential property team, handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career within a supportive environment while working alongside experienced property professionals.
The role will involve:
- Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and related property matters
- Providing high-quality client care and maintaining strong client relationships
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents and other third parties throughout transactions
- Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with compliance requirements
- Working collaboratively as part of a successful property team
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to manage a busy workload while maintaining high standards of client service
- A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to the continued success of the team
