Conveyancing Fee Earner
Location : Farnham
Salary :£40,000 – £55,000 + bonus
My client who are based in Farnham are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team. We are looking for candidates who are Qualified Fee Earners/Solicitors or someone who is Qualified By Experience. We are looking for a qualified Solicitor with solid residential conveyancing experience and the ability to manage a varied caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
The successful candidate should be experienced in handling:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Remortgages
Transfers of equity
Shared ownership matters
Registered and unregistered land
General residential conveyancing transactions
Ideally, the candidate will also have experience of progressing new build transactions, including dealing with developers, tight exchange deadlines and lender requirements.

Has excellent technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.
Can manage their own caseload with minimal supervision.
Provides an exceptional level of client service.
Has excellent organisational and communication skills.
Enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive and ambitious team.
