About the role
- The Legal Secretary – Residential Conveyancing will play a key role in supporting a busy conveyancing team
- Ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction to completion
- Key duties include:
- Audio typing and document production
- Handling inbound and outbound client calls
- Maintaining and updating client files
- Preparing legal correspondence and documents
- Diary management and arranging appointments
- Using Proclaim case management system
- Opening and closing client files
- Carrying out property searches
- Supporting exchange and completion processes
What we are looking for
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary – Residential Conveyancing is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of exchange and completion processes
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- High attention to detail and organisation
- Proactive, reliable, and discreet approach
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Strong graduates with excellent typing skills may be considered
