Residential Conveyancing Paralegal – North Berwick
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal looking to join a growing and supportive firm?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established residential property team, managing your own caseload of purchases, sales and, where applicable, remortgages. Based primarily in East Lothian, the role offers hybrid working, with 2–3 days per week in the office.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, including drafting legal documentation, progressing missives, reporting on title and liaising with clients, estate agents, housebuilders and other third parties to ensure matters progress smoothly.
About You
You'll have previous residential conveyancing experience, a strong understanding of the Scottish conveyancing process and excellent communication and organisational skills. You'll be proactive, client-focused and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team while managing your own workload.
