The role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal in Glasgow, you’ll take ownership of your own caseload of residential property matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title
- Handling transactions from instruction through to settlement
- Drafting and issuing offers, concluding missives and progressing transactions
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the process
- Maintaining accurate case records using case management systems
- Liaising with lenders, agents and other third parties
About you
This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal who:
- Has experience managing their own conveyancing caseload
- Is confident overseeing transactions from start to finish
- Communicates clearly and builds strong client relationships
- Is highly organised and able to meet deadlines
