A leading, technology-driven property legal services business is looking to expand its sales team and has multiple opportunities available for ambitious Conveyancing Sales Advisors.
The role involves converting warm leads from estate agents and mortgage brokers into instructed conveyancing clients. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, building rapport, explaining the service offering, and guiding them through the instruction process.
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years' experience within the property sector, whether gained in estate agency, mortgage brokerage, new homes, or a similar environment. Previous experience within a law firm or legal setting is not required.
