Bell Cornwall Recruitment are searching for a Conveyancing Secretary to join an established high street law firm in West Bromwich to provide direct 1:1 support to a Fee Earner within a residential property department.
The Role:
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders and solicitors
- Full secretarial support from instruction to completion
- Responding to client queries
- High volume of Audio/copy typing and general correspondence
- File administration
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous residential Conveyancing Secretary experience is essential
- Happy to be in the office 5 days a week in West Bromwich
- Confident supporting one Fee Earner in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail
