Residential Property Lawyer / Licensed Conveyancer (3+ PQE)

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 3–7 years' PQE to join its successful and growing Property team.
You'll handle a varied caseload of residential property matters including sales and purchases, leasehold transactions, shared ownership, remortgages, transfers of equity, Right to Buy, probate sales, investment properties and Help to Buy matters.
What we're looking for:
- 3–7 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage your own caseload from instruction to completion
- Knowledge of CQS requirements, SDLT and current property legislation
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
- Team player with excellent organisational skills
