Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive – Gloucester
A new opportunity for a qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a national, award winner property specialist firm. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly regarded legal practice that prides itself on delivering exceptional client service and innovative solutions.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Leasehold and lease extensions
- High-value and complex property matters
You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and modern systems, enabling you to focus on providing top-tier legal advice.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years’ PQE in residential property
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
