An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented Conveyancing Solicitor to join a prestigious Legal 500-ranked firm in Central London. Renowned for its high-calibre client base and exceptional service standards, this firm offers a truly rewarding environment for ambitious legal professionals.
The Role
You will manage a high-quality and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- High-value and complex property transactions
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- New build and off-plan purchases
- Lease extensions and enfranchisement matters
You will act for high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers, providing a seamless and efficient service from instruction through to completion.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive in England & Wales
- Strong experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
- Excellent technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
