The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy and growing conveyancing team. This role offers the chance to manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, within a supportive and collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Shared ownership transactions
- Re-mortgages
- New build developments
- Handle files from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring a high standard of client care throughout
- Advise and communicate with clients in person, over the telephone and in writing
- Draft and review legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds
- Maintain and manage client files efficiently and in compliance with required standards
- Respond to enquiries and provide quotations where required
- Build and maintain relationships, identifying networking opportunities and generating new business
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential property law
- Familiarity with CQS standards
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret legal documentation
