NEW – Corporate/Commercial Partner – London
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading SME multi-service firm that is ranked Tier1/Tier 2 across multiple service areas and considered to be outstanding in certain niche areas of law.
We are seeking applications from experienced and current Commercial Partners or Senior Associates on the cup of partnership, who might be blocked or seeking a new challenge.
The opportunity entails:
Advising on a broad caseload of commercial matters including, but not limited to:
- GDPR
- Collaboration and strategic partnership agreements
- JVs and shareholder agreements
- Distribution, agency and franchise agreements
- Outsourcing and service agreements
- Technology terms
- Commercial risk, liability structuring and contract negotiation strategy
- Complex commercial contracts
- Commercial aspects of SME M&A and other corporate work
We would welcome applications from candidates with the following:
- Partner or 8+ years' PQE Senior Associate
- Current Commercial law experience
- Excellent technical skills across commercial and contract law
- A collaborative and team focussed approach
- Proven business development skills
