Corporate Finance Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Bristol / Hybrid, £75,000+ (DOE) – We're looking for an experienced Corporate Associate to join a growing corporate team in Bristol. THE ROLE: As this impressive team continues to grow, you'll have the chance to play an active role in its success while developing your own practice and profile in the local market. From day one, you'll enjoy meaningful responsibility, direct client contact and involvement in complex, varied transactions. Whether you're advising entrepreneurial businesses, established companies or investors, you'll work on matters that will broaden your experience and challenge your commercial thinking.
This is a team where collaboration comes first. You'll work closely with partners and colleagues across the firm, gaining exposure to a wide range of corporate work rather than being confined to a narrow specialism.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Applications are sought from Corporate Finance Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE. You will have a strong grounding in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, shareholder arrangements and general company law. It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
