Corporate Solicitor – Managing Associate
Bristol
A leading Legal 100 firm in Bristol is continuing to expand its highly successful corporate practice and is looking to appoint an ambitious Managing Associate. This is a newly created position offering a genuine pathway to Partnership for the right individual.
The Role
- Advising on a wide range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, investment rounds, restructurings and exits
- Acting for a varied client base including owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurial SMEs and larger corporates
- Playing an active role in business development
- Supporting and leading junior team members on complex matters
About You
- Qualified corporate solicitor with strong transactional experience
- Confident managing matters independently and leading deal teams
- Commercially astute with a proactive, client-focused approach
- Interested in building long-term client relationships and developing a practice area
