Description
The Corporate Solicitor will be:
- Advising on a range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions
- Supporting on multi-million pound deals from inception to completion
- Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents
- Working closely with clients to provide commercially focused advice
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless legal services
Profile
We are looking for Solicitors with at least 1 seat of corporate experience – up to Legal Director level!
You should be:
- Experienced in M&A transactions and general corporate matters
- Commercially minded with strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- A strong communicator and team player
