A highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked law firm in Brighton is looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Solicitor at Senior Associate or Partner level to join its growing and ambitious Corporate team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior role handling a high-quality and varied caseload, including M&A, business sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, private equity transactions, and corporate finance work. You will work closely with a diverse client base, including entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses and investors.
The role also offers the chance to play a key part in business development and team growth, making it ideal for someone looking to step into leadership or expand an existing practice.
Applicants should be UK qualified with 5+ years’ PQE, possess strong technical expertise and demonstrate a commercial, client-focused approach. A following or proven ability to generate work is advantageous.
