Corporate Associate Solicitor – Energy

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate Solicitor to join the Energy team of a prestigious international law firm in Bristol.
This highly regarded team advises clients on complex, high-value domestic and international transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors. The work covers a diverse range of assets, including power, renewables, oil & gas, mining and wider infrastructure projects, offering exposure to sophisticated cross-border matters.
The Opportunity
As part of a collaborative and market-leading team, you'll be involved in:
- Advising on private M&A transactions within the energy and natural resources sectors
- Supporting multi-jurisdictional acquisitions, disposals and strategic investments
- Drafting and negotiating joint venture and commercial agreements
- Assisting on project development and financing matters
- Working closely with clients on complex international transactions from inception through to completion
About You
To be considered, you'll ideally have:
- Qualified Solicitor status with 1+ years' PQE
- A strong background in corporate law, particularly private M&A
- Excellent drafting and technical legal skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within an international team
- An interest in the energy, infrastructure or natural resources sectors
