JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor PQE: 3+ PQE LOCATION: Essex SALARY: £Dependent on experience
OVERVIEW: • An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor who is looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to play a key role in developing and growing this corporate team. • Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with at least 3 years PQE in dealing with a wide range of corporate matters. • Ideal Corporate Solicitors will have experience of dealing with all types of corporate related matters including Mergers & Acquisitions, MBO’s and MBIs, corporate finance matters and other general matters associated with corporate. • You will play a key role in further developing the team as well as supporting junior members of the team. • Working closely with the Head of department, you will be advising on and supervise restructuring matters as well as mergers and acquisitions and general company commercial law. • A supportive and collaborative firm who offers a strong work/life balance along with genuine prospects for career development.
