Corporate Solicitor (Partner) / Birmingham / £Competitive – A leading international law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Partner to join its Birmingham office. JOB REF:4246.
The team advises a broad client base ranging from privately owned businesses and entrepreneurs to listed companies, private equity houses and multinational organisations. With a strong flow of domestic and cross-border transactions, the practice has established itself as one of the market leaders in the region and is continuing to invest in its corporate offering.
This opportunity would suit an established Corporate Partner with a demonstrable track record of business development and client relationship management, or a senior lawyer ready to take the next step with an existing following. The successful individual will play a key role in the continued growth of the practice and will be supported by a highly regarded national and international platform.
The firm offers access to high-quality transactional work, a collaborative partnership culture and the resources expected of a global practice. Significant emphasis is placed on supporting partners in developing their client base, strengthening market profile and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
