Corporate Partner, Birmingham – International Law Firm – Strategic Appointment
A highly regarded international law firm is looking to strengthen its Birmingham office through the appointment of an experienced Corporate Partner. This is a key strategic hire and an excellent opportunity for an established corporate lawyer seeking a platform capable of supporting further growth within the Midlands market.
The corporate team advises an impressive portfolio of clients including private and public companies, owner-managed businesses, private equity investors and international organisations across a broad range of sectors. The successful candidate will join a collaborative national practice with an enviable reputation for delivering high-quality transactional work.
Applications are welcomed from Corporate Partners with a proven track record of advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate advisory matters. The firm is particularly keen to speak with individuals who have developed strong client relationships and can demonstrate a clear commitment to business development.
You will be expected to play a leading role in the continued growth of the practice, working closely with colleagues across the firm's national and international network to maximise opportunities and further develop the corporate offering in the region.
The successful candidate will possess:
• Extensive experience handling complex corporate transactions • Strong commercial awareness and excellent client relationship skills • A demonstrable track record of business development and revenue generation • The ability to lead, mentor and develop teams • A collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to the wider success of the firm
