As Corporate Tax Director, you will play a central role in shaping and leading the firm’s corporate tax offering across a varied and high-quality client portfolio. You will work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders to deliver technically excellent advice, drive business development initiatives, and mentor a talented team of tax professionals. The firm has a strong reputation for investing in its people, and this position offers genuine scope to influence strategy and make a meaningful impact at the highest level. Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a diverse corporate tax client portfolio, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory work
- Driving business development activity, including identifying opportunities and building lasting client relationships
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the wider tax team
- Collaborating with Partners on strategic planning and the continued development of the tax function
- Overseeing the delivery of complex corporate tax advisory projects from inception to completion
Requirements
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent), with significant corporate tax experience at a senior level
- Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships at Director level or equivalent
- Strong technical knowledge across corporate tax compliance and advisory, with the ability to handle complex matters
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and business development
