Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, delivering compliance and advisory work
• Review corporation tax computations and returns prepared by the team
• Advise on tax planning matters including R&D claims and restructurings
• Support and mentor junior members of the tax team
• Liaise directly with clients and HMRC on complex tax matters

Requirements

• CTA or ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Proven experience managing and developing junior colleagues
