Forklift Driver
Location: Canterbury, Chartham
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Pay: £13.43 to £13.76 per hour (Overtime £16)
Hours: 5 days a week, 10-12 hour shifts (inc weekends)
Role Overview
HRGO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver for a reputable company based in Canterbury. This is a fantastic temporary-to-permanent opportunity for someone motivated, safety-conscious, and keen to contribute to a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities

Operating counterbalance forklifts to load and unload pallets of fruit

Transporting stock safely around the warehouse and yard

General warehouse duties including stock control and inventory management

Ensuring all forklift operations are conducted safely and in line with company procedures
Ideal Candidate Will Be
-
In possession of a valid Counterbalance forklift licence and relevant experience
-
Experienced in forklift operation within a warehouse or logistics setting
-
Reliable, with good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
-
Able to carry out manual tasks when required
-
A team player with good communication skills
