The Supply Register is the official and exclusive staffing partner for The Two Counties Trust, a well-regarded multi-academy trust with a network of secondary schools across Nottingham and Derby. We are actively recruiting confident, professional, and reliable Cover Supervisors to join the bank of staff for schools, with placements beginning ASAP.
We are looking for Cover Supervisors to work in our partner schools either on a short term or long-term basis.
- Swanwick Hall School – DE55
- Frederick Gent School – DE55
- Allestree Woodlands – DE22
Looking for Flexibility – We also have the opportunity to join us as day-to-day supply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes across various subjects and year groups (Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4).
- Deliver engaging, pre-prepared lessons and ensure students stay on task.
- Effectively manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Report back to teaching staff on student progress and any behavioural incidents.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people is highly desirable, whether in a school setting or another capacity.
- Strong classroom management skills and the confidence to work with young people.
- Resilience and adaptability to work in fast-paced situations.
- A proactive and reliable approach.
- A full enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
