We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors and Supply Teachers to work in a range of secondary schools across East and South East London. Whether you're seeking day-to-day flexibility or a long-term placement, we have opportunities available for an ASAP start.
The Role
- Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
- Delivering pre-set lesson materials and instructions
- Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Supporting students to stay on task throughout lessons
What We're Looking For
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Confidence leading and managing groups of young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable approach
- No teaching experience required – full support provided
