Cover Supervisor – Join a Supportive School Network
Are you experienced working in schools and looking for a rewarding role with flexibility and consistency? We are currently seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our growing team, with opportunities for both long-term and flexible supply work.
About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. You’ll be:
- Supervising pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a focused learning environment
- Supporting students to stay on task and complete their work
- Working across a variety of mainstream secondary schools and specialist provisions
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have previous experience working in schools (essential)
- Are confident leading a classroom and managing behaviour effectively
- Have a calm, professional presence and strong communication skills
- Are reliable and committed – with availability for 4–5 days per week preferred
- Can adapt quickly to different school environments
