Cover Supervisors Required – Buckinghamshire
We are currently seeking reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to work in a range of secondary schools across Buckinghamshire. Opportunities are available on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis, offering flexible work to suit your availability.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain classroom experience or those with previous experience in education seeking flexible work within supportive school environments.
The Role:
- Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
- Ensuring students remain on task with the work set
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Providing a positive and structured learning environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young people (education or similar setting preferred)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- A professional, flexible, and proactive approach
- A genuine interest in supporting students’ learning
