Or do you already have experience working in schools as a Cover Supervisor or Learning Support and want to make the step up? We are recruiting enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisors to join a welcoming secondary school near the Sutton Coldfield area from September.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced cover supervisors, or individuals with experience working with young people who are passionate about education.
Pay Rate: £100-£140 a day dependent on experience
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Ensure students remain engaged and on task throughout lessons.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff following each lesson.
- Support the smooth running of the school day.

We Are Looking For:
- Confident communicators with strong classroom presence.
- Individuals with experience working with young people (school, sports coaching, youth work, tutoring or similar).
- A flexible and reliable approach.
- A passion for education and supporting student success.
- A degree is desirable but not essential.
