Cover Supervisor – Hammersmith and Fulham
Pay: £100 – £130 per day

We are looking for reliable, confident, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Hammersmith and Fulham on both a daily supply and long-term basis.
We work with fantastic local secondary schools and are continuously recruiting Cover Supervisors to join our team. Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time work, we have flexible opportunities to suit your availability.
As a Cover Supervisor on supply, you will:
- Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of the classroom teacher
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain engaged with their learning
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
- Support students of varying abilities and encourage participation
- Adapt confidently to different school settings and classroom environments

To join us as a Cover Supervisor, you will need:
- Previous experience working with secondary-aged students in a school, tutoring, youth work, coaching, or similar setting is desirable
- Strong classroom management skills and confidence leading a class
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks
- A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- The legal right to work in the UK
