Aspire People are recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support a number of secondary schools across South Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Cover Supervisors, Teaching Assistants looking to progress, or graduates considering a career in teaching.
The Role
Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 Maintain excellent classroom behaviour Keep pupils engaged and on task Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures Cover a range of subjects throughout the school day
We're Looking For
Confident communicators with a strong classroom presence Previous school experience is desirable Graduates with transferable skills are encouraged to apply Reliable professionals available for morning bookings Candidates able to travel across South Birmingham
