CPCS Banksman / Traffic Marshall

Duration: Monday 29th June – Friday 17th July (3-week contract)

Hours: 8 hours per day

Pay Type: Umbrella only (No CIS available)

The Role

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious Banksman / Traffic Marshall for a short-term contract on a busy construction site in St Neots. You will be responsible for safely directing plant machinery, managing vehicle movements, and ensuring site safety.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid CPCS card (Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket).

  • Proven experience working on busy construction sites.

  • Excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for health and safety.

  • Full PPE.

  • Reliable transport or local to the St Neots area.

What's on Offer?

  • Guaranteed 8 hours per day.

  • Straightforward 3-week assignment to bridge a gap in your schedule.

  • Paid weekly via Umbrella (please note, this assignment is strictly inside IR35/non-CIS).
