Creative Artworker (12–15 Month Fixed-Term Contract – Maternity Cover)
Full-Time | Office-Based | Suffolk/Essex Region
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Creative Artworker to join their busy in-house creative team on a 12–15 month maternity cover contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled freelance or contract artworker who enjoys working across a diverse range of print and digital projects. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality creative assets across print, packaging, retail, events, exhibitions, marketing collateral, digital advertising, and much more.
The Role
Working within a collaborative production environment, you'll be responsible for creating, adapting, and preparing artwork cross a variety of client and brand projects. Attention to detail, technical accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential.
Projects are varied and may include:
- Advertising and digital banner production
- Print and packaging artwork
- Point of Sale (POS) materials
- Event and exhibition graphics
- Marketing and promotional collateral
- Brand and campaign support materials
- Artwork adaptation and production across multiple formats
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- An experienced Creative Artworker with a strong portfolio of work
- Highly proficient in industry-standard creative software, including the Adobe Creative Suite
- Meticulous in their attention to detail and production accuracy
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working within established brand guidelines
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
Additional digital design or creative production skills would be a distinct advantage.
Contract Details
- Fixed-term maternity cover contract
- Expected start date: Mid to late July
- Duration: Approximately 12–15 months
- Full-time position
Our client is keen to identify and meet suitable candidates as early as possible to allow sufficient time for onboarding and familiarisation with the business and ongoing projects.
Location & Working Arrangements
This is a 100% office-based role, and home or hybrid working is not available. Due to the nature of the work, production processes, and team collaboration requirements, office attendance is essential.
Applicants must hold a full, current UK driving licence.
