Salary: £16.81 per hour, plus holiday (circa £30,678 per annum salaried equivalent)

Prospectus is proud to be supporting our client, a leading children's charity, in their search for a Creative Production Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end creative production workflow, maintaining clear oversight of all projects
• Own traffic and workflow management, effectively scheduling and resourcing work across teams and partners
• Coordinate internal teams, agencies, and freelancers to deliver high-quality, multi-channel content
• Act as a consultative bridge—shaping briefs, resolving ambiguity, and defining the right production approach
• Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure efficient delivery
• Ensure all output is aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice
• Manage production meetings, workflows, and resources using tools such as Microsoft Planner and Teams
• Oversee creative output alongside print and merchandise production (e.g., mail packs, banners, branded materials)
• Manage suppliers, print production, and budgets to ensure value for money
• Maintain accurate workflow administration and tracking to keep projects moving through the pipeline
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies across creative production
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements:

• Recent, relevant experience in a similar role in a not-for-profit organisation, with a strong knowledge of fundraising communications
• High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly in reports and communications
• Proactive and independent approach, while also being able to work effectively in a collaborative team
