Farrer Barnes Limited
The Company
An established business based in Greenwich is looking to welcome a Credit Control Administrator into its finance team.
This role sits within a busy and collaborative environment and would suit someone who enjoys organisation, keeping things moving and being the person that brings structure to processes.
Despite the title, this isn’t a traditional credit control position focused on constant chasing or difficult collections conversations. Instead, it’s a much more administrative and process-driven role with a strong emphasis on accuracy, communication and keeping accounts organised behind the scenes.
This is being offered on a temp to perm basis, making it a great opportunity for someone available at short notice and looking for something with longer-term potential.
The Role
This is a varied position supporting the wider finance function with credit control administration and account management processes.
You’ll be responsible for keeping records accurate, monitoring account activity, managing documentation and helping ensure information flows smoothly between teams and customers.
There’ll still be communication with customers where needed, but this role is far more focused on administration, coordination and keeping things running efficiently than outbound collections activity.
This would suit someone who enjoys detail, likes working through processes and feels comfortable managing a busy workload.
