Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Consultancy business in Central London to recruit an immediate, Interim Credit Control Clerk for 2/3 months.
Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate interim Credit Controller to assist them for 2-3 months. You will be responsible for following duties:
- Allocate incoming customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure subscription payments are received on time.
- Chase outstanding payments from medium-sized enterprises and high street businesses via telephone and email.
- Maintain accurate customer account records and resolve payment queries promptly.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with business clients while supporting effective debt recovery.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
- Support the accounts receivable function by ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient account management and high levels of customer service.
Profile:
The successful interim Credit Controller will have 6 months+ experience
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.
Salary & Benefits:
This role is paying between £16-£18p/h + Holiday
