Commercial Collector – Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Maidstone (Office Based)
Salary: £28,000 basic | £45,000 OTE
Hours: 9am–5pm (with discretionary flexibility)
Breaks: 10-minute morning & afternoon breaks
Job Purpose
- Maximise cash collections through inbound and proactive outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate early repayment of international and domestic debts
- Update debtor management systems accurately
- Recommend next steps to clients after failed collection attempts
- Escalate disputes to Client Services swiftly
- Maintain accurate records and workflows
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone with:
- A proven background in commercial credit control or B2B collections
- OR sales/customer service experience and a desire to move into collections
- Confidence on the phone and working to financial targets
