Credit Controller

Day-to-day of the role:
- Managing and maintaining customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Chasing outstanding debts via phone, email and written correspondence.
- Resolving invoice queries and reconciling accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
- Producing regular aged debt and status reports to track and manage receivables effectively.
- Liaising internally with sales and finance teams to ensure seamless communication and prompt payment processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage relationships and resolve issues.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Proficiency in using accounting systems and MS Excel to manage data and produce reports.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and collaboration.
